LMS Compliance has completed its acquisition of a 75% stake in novel food certification and registration services provider, Anchor Technology Holdings. Anchor Technology Holdings is now a 75%-owned indirect subsidiary of LMS Compliance.

Established as a premier Validation and Verification Body (VVB) in Malaysia (DSM) and Singapore (SAC), empowering MyCO2 to provide independent ISO 14064-1 GHG verification. The Group was also honored with the AMMI Sustainability Innovation Award 2025.

Acquisition of a 30% stake in Prismatic Technologies Sdn Bhd and completion of facility expansions at MY CO2 (KL) in Shah Alam. The Group also received the AMMI ESG Governance Award 2024 for its commitment to environmental and social standards.

Introduction of carbon accounting and product carbon footprint measurement. We secured accreditation as a Licensed Provider for the AA1000 assurance standard and launched product carbon footprint reporting on our Certificates of Analysis (COA).

LMS Compliance Ltd. successfully listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), marking a major transition into a public-listed entity to accelerate regional expansion and digital innovation.

Launch of “aisinz”, providing real-time global surveillance of product safety via QR codes. The Group also established a new sales office in Kota Bahru to market and promote our services.

Expansion of digital reach by licensing proprietary applications “aikinz-LIMS” and “aizenz” to third-party laboratories operating in Kuching.

In response to global health requirements, the Group pioneered specialized medical face mask testing services iin the region. We became a lead provider in ensuring full compliance with international ASTM F2100 and EN 14683:2019 specifications.

Introduced our first electronic Certificate of Analysis (e-COA) with embedded QR codes, significantly improving security, traceability, and reducing the likelihood of forgery.

As part of divisional consolidation, the Group established MY CO2 (PG) SDN BHD in Penang to provide comprehensive testing services alongside our KL and JB branches.

Incorporated MY CO2 CERTIFICATION SDN BHD for audit and management system certification. Also launched the first version of “aizenz”, our cloud-based automated ISO certification platform.

MY CO2 (KL) SDN BHD was incorporated to take over the provision of third-party testing and assessment services initially provided by MY CO2 SDN BHD.

Expansion to Johor Bahru in Southern Malaysia by establishing MY CO2 (JB) SDN BHD. It was incorporated to augment the testing services division of the Group.

Incorporated Empiric Science Sdn Bhd to diversify into the trading of laboratory chemicals, equipment, and laboratory solutions.

The Group expanded into Central Malaysia by setting up its first laboratory in Selangor to serve the regional market.

Became one of the first local private laboratories in Malaysia to conduct toy safety testing compliant with Ministry standards, enabling the issuance of the “Malaysian Conformity Mark.”

Achieved first MS/ISO 17025 accreditation across seven (7) test parameters in chemistry and microbiology, marking a milestone in laboratory quality standards.

Launched the first version of “aikinz-LIMS”, our proprietary laboratory information management system used to streamline testing and assessment services.

The Group was founded with the incorporation of its first subsidiary, MY CO2 SDN BHD, and the establishment of its first laboratory facility.
